I am very pleased with the service they provided. The technicians worked very hard to remove several stubborn pet stains, which they were able to do, and my carpets look wonderful. I also like that the process is dry I could walk on my carpets right after they were done. Also, they showed up on time and called after the cleaning to ensure I was satisfied with the job. That's the kind of service you don't see too much of any more.
