Went to a "top stylist" and received a rushed, very cookie-cutter cut. She was immature and unprofessional, spending too much time being oh-so-clever with the manager to actually look at my hair or care if it was what I wanted. I had to PUSH her to fine-tune the cut (something any good stylist will do automatically) and my cut NEEDED fine tuning. The overly-staffed front desk was friendly but also unprofesional (low-wage high school type). I experienced nothing to make this place stand out as deserving of any of the hype it has received. Perhaps they've let themselves slide? There are plenty of other good places out there, I could have done better by just picking any one of them at random.
