I'd have to disagree with naysayers. The food was a VERY tasty blend, nothing gamey or spicy. Different, but pleasing. My favorites were a goat cheese ravioli with lobster in a lemon yogurt sauce and a light pastry with creamy sauced veggies inside. Yum. The only complaints from our large group were from someone visiting from the midwest who basicly only eats beef, breads, and potatoes... and he liked 3 of the 5 courses.
The entertainment ranged from downright weird to very eclectic and added greatly to the experience. All very different. Not for the fans of the cookie-cutter Hollywood formula movie.
As for the staff, they treated you like people. No canned speaches or fake nicities. They really were there to make sure you had a nice time.
Fans of lame sitcoms, top 40, hip-hop and Denny's probably shouldn't go.
