Like in France, the tables are tiny. I was hoping that, like in France, the food would be wonderful. Unfortunately, the food was less than mediocre, and our entrees were served lukewarm.
The wine list is definitely unique. This may be the only wine list in the USA which forbids Cabernets and Chardonnays to be listed because, as stronger-tasting wines, ""they would interfere with the subtle tastes"" of their carefully prepared cuisine. If only the food lived up to their pretentious ideas!
The wait-staff appear to be recruited for their snobbish attitudes, which are presumably a reflection of the owner's attitude a creative owner-chef who is, apparently, a legend in his own mind.
