SF Classic Reborn Again! 2/1/2005

Like many of you, i had chalked the Fog City up to being solely for tourists and ""diner food"". So untrue. With the rising new star chef, David Seawell (formerly of Boulevard) at the helm, the food at Fog City has gone ""comfort cuisine"". Chef Seawell blends classic american with ecclectic influences to make a simply sublime menu. The sea bass with crab hollondaise and garlic noodles is mouth watering and he puts his own unique twist on salads.. for example, the Tijuana caesar with creamy dressing and tortilla crisps. For an appetizer, try the ""monte cristo"" with speck and housemade mozarrella! Sure to be the buzz of the town. Also, service is attentive and the atmosphere is bustling. A must try!! more
