I discovered Life in Motion after moving into the upper West Side, and in two years have never left. The staff is always warm and welcoming and willing to answer questions, helping me find the perfect class, and the teachers vary in difficulty so that that everyone can find a class with the perfect comfort level for them...and there are classes all day every day. The Hatha's are a little slower focusing more on meditiations, but the flowing vinyasas are what I prefer. It's a great place with a great atmosphere.
