We went to Sierra glass to get a piece of glass for the top of a showcase. When we gave them the measurements and requirements, they seemed confused with what we wanted but when we left we thought it had all been squared away. A week later they call us to pick up our glass, and it's the wrong length. They had written it down wrong, and somehow we hadn't noticed. Since we had already paid for it, we weren't sure if they would fix it for us. When we called them about it they told us to bring it in and they would cut us a new piece. We did that, and the next day they had our glass ready, no extra charge for the additional length. I would recommend them. Just be sure you go over the measurements CLEARLY, and measure the glass BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE.
