Oddly enough, the most amazing thing about M&H seems a bit overlooked in these reviews. The optimality of the ENTIRE experience; the meticulous care put into every singledrink; the purity of ingredients; the unequaled skill of the bartenders.
They force you to focus on the things at hand your drinks, your friends, the feeling of being enveloped by the goodness of life, where you dont have to be anyone but yourself. This is the reason for their discretion rather than the air of exclusivity implied by some of the other reviewers. The rule about giving out the phone number is akin to having a party when your parents were out; keep it small and intimate and you, for the most part, maintain control otherwise things get broken.
The place is great. If you happen to have a friend who has the number ask them to take you.
