Enter the restaurant through the kitchen, say hi! to the chef's preparing food. Wait for a table in the bar and enjoy Durants famous ""debris"". The service is second to none and there isn't another steak in town with this flavor. I prefer the ""Delmonico"". Lots of other steak houses in the valley, but for the dollar, my opinion is by far that Durant's, is the ""Best"" in town.
