Geoffrey Vance came to our home twice, first to identify our plumbing problem, and secondly, to fix the problem. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. We put our confidence in him and were not disappointed. Based upon what we observed, Geoffrey is an asset to the local Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Co.
