Rachel has left town and moved to Georgia. I wasn’t notified and I’m not sure any of her clients were. I have contacted her via email, text and Facebook with no response. Additionally I have asked that the remainder of my retainer money be refunded as she did not do the work agreed upon. No response from Rachel.
