Phil arrived as requested. He checked the system for heat, changed the air filter, and changed the pad for the humidifier. he was helpful with answers to questions. he made a recommendation for the setting for the humidistat. He was knowledgeable on the equipment and helpful with his answers to questions. He was very professional.
