I experienced quite a few pricing discrepancies and clerical errors while working with this agency. After exploring many avenues to get them righted, I ultimately did reach a resolution with the firm. However, the ordeal went on for over a month, and took longer than it should have to be escalated within the agency.
To be fair, I have not had issues with the insurance coverage itself at this time. This review is in regard to pricing inconsistencies, documentation errors, and the overall handling of the situation.
