Josh was on time, very polite, knew what to look for, asked appropriate questions, was personal, respectful, and not in a hurry. He explained his bid to my understanding. He also respected that I had at least one more vendor quoting in a week. I promised to get back to him with either a yes or no and an explanation if necessary. I was impressed by him and the company.
