It was a great experience from the moment we called in for an estimate the customer service representative was very friendly and easy to speak to. Mr. Rooter had someone out that same day within an hour. The estimate was free and once we agreed to go with Mr. Rooter they had someone out that same day. I use their service again and would recommend them to anyone.
