Our tankless water heater took way longer than normal to deliver hot water. Chad W. and Ken came out the same morning, quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty pressure regulator, removed it, because it was not needed in a low pressure gas pipe, and got the system working normally again.
They were both courteous, organized, knowledgable and cleaned up the work area after they were done. Ken provided me with a lot of interesting facts about how a tankless water heater works, what's important in maintenance and what I should look out for in the future.
