Painted back porch.
The contractor kept in touch with us during the process to let us know when he would be later than expected. He was caring enough to ask about our personal difficulties (illness) and we appreciated that. His workers were respectful and hard working. One in particular worked with him many days and we appreciated his hard work and multiple abilities. The contractor/owner patiently listened to our questions and answered well. His advice saved us from making some bad decisions, and he was attuned to our needs and wanted our input as the work went along. We are very happy with every aspect of our experience.
