Our pool is looks great so far!! (but never got the opportunity to swim in it) it took 4 months to install, when they said 6 weeks at the most!!! The service and lack of communcation was very disappointing.I even begged to have the safety cover put on early october ,because we were going out of the country.We returned to find out it still wasnt done! The least they could do is throw in the last $1000 for the safety cover, for the added aggrevation it should be free. One month later they are pestering me to pay the last $1000. Hows it feel to Wait!!! P.S.thought Jason who opened and closed the pool was awesome!!!! Bill could use a few lessons on customer service!!! more
