After doing $20000 with of business while building our new home, we were experiencing problems with the wood floor. Not once did anybody from the store come evaluate the problem. My general contractor suggested they were good to deal with, but when faced with problems all they do is hang up on you and try to blame someone else. Weather that be the manufacturer or the installer.
Do not do business with this company!!!!
