From the first phone call, Day & Nite was trying to save me money. They looked up the warranty on my hot water heater and, finding that it had very recently expired, had me call Whirlpool "just in case." They were right, Whirlpool honored the warranty and I had a free water heater waiting at Lowe's. They offered to come that night, but I opted to wait until the next day, since the leak wasn't bad, and they talked me through shutting the busted heater down in the meantime. Doug exchanged the old one for me (I lack a truck), and had me up and running within a couple of hours. The whole experience was quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Day & Nite will be my go-to plumbers from now on (though I hope not to need them anytime soon!).
