Good: This company is punctual and polite.. Bad: The fact they knew more about my fireplace than I did before stepping foot in my house!. Improvements: Maybe the service could be free next time?. Other: We originally hired Mad Hatter simply for a chimney cleaning. They showed up early with a call ahead. The cleaning was a much different process than I had expected. They wrote us an estimate for some small repairs on the exterior of the chimney. We got other estimates from other companies. Most of the other contractors tried to upsell us on repairs we didn't even need. It was great that they were able to provide us an accurate bid on the work we NEEDED..
