I recently had counters replaced in my kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as a new tile backsplash in my kitchen by Colonial. I have never had a worse experience. They are all about volume. How else can they pay for their extensive advertising? Once you’ve signed on the dotted line, no one takes responsibility for the work or for return phone calls. My salesperson failed to return repeated phone calls over a two week period. They incorrectly measured one of the bathroom counters, causing another visit nearly a week later. They don’t show up as promised and leave you waiting or needing another visit. They failed to put down any floor coverings, cut the stone right outside my front door, and tracked granite dust all through my house. Their idea of clean up was to blow some dust from my front porch into my flower beds & leave the rest for me to clean up. The tile backsplash installation was a mess….very shoddy workmanship with crooked and uneven tiles. They are a disaster!
