I am surprised to see bad reviews for this company. Everyone was very nice, helpful and the service was quick. I am a first time user and will definitely be back. It is really too bad that the Internet is so readily accessible to anyone to post anything. Two of the reviews online appear to be from the same person... Perhaps the negative comments are being posted by the same person over and over?
