Everyone is very friendly and everyone provides great service. After a very bad experience with a hair stylist at a different salon, the hair stylist knew exactly what to do with my hair. She spent time discussing what I like about my hair and what I didn't like. She then gave me a PERFECT hair cut. I've been back to her several times now and I get the same great cut every time. more

I visit the Zano on Ogden in Naperville and all I have to say is Jacqueline, Elisa, and Jade are the BEST! They are so kind, so fun to chat with, and WONDERFUL at what they do! In addition, they always recommend the best products and make me feel so comfortable and welcome! Wouldn't ever go to anyone else :) more

I have been going to Zano since they opened many years ago. I always have a wonderful experience there whether I am going in for a hair cut, eye brow wax, facial, or massage. They staff is friendly and helpful and they don't push product on you. I will continue going to Zano as long as I'm in the area. more
