Zano Salon is the best salon I have visited in years. I will not switch to any other, unless it is another Zano in a different location. Great customer service. Great service. Great hair cut and color!!! more

An Excellent Cut! 12/8/2011

Kosta was the gentleman who cut my hair, and everything he did was done with much skill and attention to detail. My hair had been dry and severely damaged before I came in, due to a perm mishap, but he knew exactly how to soften it, and not once did my hair snag while he worked. Nicely done! more

Andrea is so great. She does such a good job. She takes the time to understand what I would like done with my hair and makes the experience very relaxing and enjoyable. She is great and I will definitely be back. more

I've had my hair styled by a number of stylists @ Zanos in Naperville. Most recently my hair was styled by Kosta - and this appointment (as all others) left me (and my sometimes difficult to deal with hair) looking great. more

Great Service, Poor Management 12/3/2011

I always enjoy my pedicures at Zano. I can never go any where else and get the same experience. Mirtha always does a good job. However towards the end of my service one of the girls in the front informed her that there was a walk-in who wanted to be serviced right away. Since she was the only nail tech on at the time, Mirtha was forced, through no fault of her own, to rush through the rest of my pedicure. I think it's horrible to ask someone who is in the middle of an appointment multiple times to hurry because a WALK-IN is waiting. I didn't appreciate it and I'm sure neither did she. It was disruptive and rude towards the both of us. more

Teen color 11/27/2011

My hairdresser was really knowledgable and coloring my hair to how I wanted it. We did however have to critique the hair color I wanted because of how "damaged" my hair was. I felt a little self conscious when I walked out because I didn't realize how badly damaged my hair was. She did however make up for it by giving me free products to make my hair healthy again. more

My stylist, Andrea, was very nice. She was helpful (along with everyone else I encountered) and I had a great experience. I have had better short haircuts in the past but I am very still happy with the results. Not to mention it was an affordable deal! Also, Zanos gives out really great first-time customer coupons!! I would definitely visit again! more

Always a great experience at Zanos 11/19/2011

After searching for a stylist for several years, I finally found a stylist I love! Kosta is the guy! His professional demeanor, precision cuts, and friendly personality has made the difference. I always get comments on my hair, and I give him plenty of the credit! Even my husband notices! He tells me about products that van help me maintain healthy hair, but isn't pushy about selling product. I would highly recommend Kosta at Zanos to anyone! more

First Haircut in a saloon 11/17/2011

I write this for my daughter. She had her first saloon hair cut and it was terrific. She was nervous, but MaryAnn helped her through it. Love the teen club it makes it possible for me to bring my 10 year old. more

Deo is Amazing 11/10/2011

I have to say that Deo gives the best haircuts I have ever gotten. While in many aspects of my life I have had to cut back, so to speak, after having children, this is one area that I splurge. He always listens to what I want from a haircut and is able to translate my input into a stunning style. Add to that the personal service of Zanos salon, including the neck and shoulder massage and complementary beverages, and you have a relaxing night out that will leave you feeling beautiful for months. more
