I was moving into my new apartment and needed it cleaned. Yolandas Maids gave me an accurate estimate on what i would expect and cost. The maid arrived on time and thoroughly disinfected my bathroom( she even scrubbed the grout!)..the kitchen was a bit dated from the old guy who lived there before. ..i was alittle embarassed but the maid was soooo friendly ..my husband originally thought we had a yellow colored fridge but after the maid cleaned it inside AND out it was white and sparkling!!! i would defintiely recommend this company to others and look forward to my next appointment service..Keep up the good work!!! more

Awesome Guys! I am very impressed with the Yolandas Maid and carpet cleaning. They cleaned our house faster, but more effectively than our regular cleaner who canceled on us at the last minute. And for our carpet and upholstery, they use safe cleaning products , so they left our house smelling clean but not like chemicals. I love to support small local businesses, and this one is going to succeed for sure. They just seem like people that I could be friends with, so I trust them. Our dogs even liked them! Yolandas Maid service was Great. After a bad experience with a bigger company (who shall remain namelss!) I decied to take a chance on a smaller company. I was a bit skeptical at first at having a smaller company clean my home but I am really glad that I did. The owners were professional and well prepared to clean my home for a big party was preparing. I was able to fix any problems i had with service all on a personal level. I will definitely be continuing my service with them and was just amazed by their level of courtesy and attention to detail. Pros: they can charge by the hour. more

This company is one of the best I have encountered. We use them to clean our hotel room carpets. They are always punctual. The work that they do is excellent. They are flexible and willing to work with me. I sometimes have to change schedules at the last minute, but they are always flexible and make it work. I love the fact that when they clean a room, I can rent the room within an hour. This is very important in the hotel business. The job that they do on the carpet is amazing. If you want the best (to be defined in a second) carpet cleaner, then Yolandas Carpet cleaning is your company. Best = responsive, caring, professional, quality, timely and at a great cost. Whereby all their work is appointment only, I called them to see if they could recommend an ""emergency carpet cleaner"" due to an accident I had on my carpet (believe me, I won't get into the details because you don't want to know. Suffice it to say, it involved a very sick dog). I had company coming in the next day and was in shock when I saw what awaited me when I came home. I called after hours, talked to Brian who, feeling my pain, did a personal errand and came over to rid me of the problem. He had never witnessed this kind of a mess (and stench) before. The miracle of it all -- within minutes the odor was eliminated and after he finished, the stain was gone. It was amazing. They use quality product, he took the time to ensure the stain was gone and you'd never know there was an accident. I've been using Yolandas maid and maintenace for years. I have used every service that they offer (maid service, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, moving, yardwork and gutter cleaning) and it is all on one invoice. They are a very trustworthy company - they have a key to my house and the code for my alarm. In my line of work i travel alot and i have them do work for me when i am out of town. When I called, the customer service reps were extremely professional and explained every aspect of their cleaning service to me. In other words I wasn't slammed with extra ""hidden"" fees after the cleaning was done, everything was spelled out to me prior to even confirming an appointment. I had them come in for a Move-In job to an empty 2 bedroom apartment. They sent two maids, both of whom showed up 10 and 5 minutes earlier than the agreed upon start time. I supplied all the cleaning supplies and when I returned 4 hours later, the apartment was spotless. They cleaned in and out of kitchen cabinets, the ceiling fans, the windows. I was extremely satisfied with the work these two ladies did. They even managed to remove some paint splatters on the hardwood floors and carpet. The bathroom was spotless and was scrubbed thoroughly. I hired them for this one time cleaning for my parents (one of them disabled) who were moving into a apartment in an older house and their 4 hours of work saved us at least 3 days of cleaning had we done it ourselves! I hadn't clean my 2000 sqft house in a while so it was in pretty bad shape. i called Yolands Maid and they arrive with a nice size cleaning crew. They physically moved tons of junk out of corners to clean & mop, moved my couch to clean underneath it, moved boxes to clean around them, climbed a step-stool to clean the tops of my windows, ceiling fans, on top of my high book cases...absolutely above and beyond. I couldn't stand the urine smell in my house any more. It was pretty deep into the carpet and pad and stunk to high heaven. So instead of getting rid of my dog i call yolandas carpet cleaners to treat my carpet. They cleaned and treated the carpet, pad and subfloor. I thought they will never get rid of the urine smell. I was going crazy and I tried everything and put every thing into my carpet with no success but they did and I was very impressed. I will recommend them to everyone. I needed to get my old apartment clean so i can get my deposit back. A friend referred me Yolands Maid service. I check out their site to see the type of service they provide and gave them shot. they came prepared with all of there equipment and chemicals. As they were cleaning i had some concern about the service i was paying for. I was about to talk to someone in the office and was able to resolve the issue right away. I called Yolandas Maid service to do a vacancy cleaning on a 2-bedroom apartment after the tenant move out. The previous renters never cleaned and left the apartment in disaster. There was trash everywhere, the carpet was trashed and rotted food that stunk to hell. Everything needed to be clean walls, blinds, windows, cabinets kitchen and bathroom were the worst. I would know where to start and It will take a miracle to make the unit habitable for the next tenant to move in. The cleaning crew came in including their carpet cleaner and started working on the unit. They did an amazing job and i was able to rent out the unit within days. thanks you guys are great. more

I call yolandas maid service for carpet cleaning. I told that them that my carpet hasn't been clean in 12yrs and that i had all types of stains on it. they came made an assessment of my carpet and told upfront that they couldn't guaranteed that all the stains will come up because of the length of time the stains had to work themselves into the carpet fibers. I appreciated the honestly and had them clean my carpet anyways even if they only succeeded in sanitizing my carpet. they treated alot of the stains before they started cleaning it. I can undoubtedly say that i was amaze on how much of the stains they got out of my carpet. I would say that they got 80% of the carpet clean. They even most of the old coffee and rust stains that has been there for years. My carpet never look so good in a long time and decided to to replace it. I requested the best cleaner they had for a big clean and they were able to provide someone who spoke english, was efficient, fast and very good, the same day. She was quick and one step ahead of me and she even asked me if I needed anything else clean. She was like a one-man cleaning crew. I'm now using Yolandas Maids on a regular basis . And the best thing was i was able to schedule them at the last minute. She certainly wasn't cheap but well worth the money i paid. I would highly recommend to anyone. Between the moving, my job and family obligations i basically lived on deadlines, and cleaning myself was definitely not on my agenda. I had to catch a plane on Monday so i only had Sunday to have my house clean and ready for inspection on Monday. I called a couple of cleaning companies and none of them where able to come in with a cleaning crew the following day sunday. I was stressing out big time because i didn't want to lose my deposit and it was a big deposit. Then I recieved a call saturday night around 11pm from Brian from housekeepers cleaning aka yolandas maid and they where able to squeeze me the following morning for a move-out clean. My prayers were answered!!! they came in the crew spoke english and a thorough job. I was impress that they were able to come on such short notice and did a great job and recieved my deposit back. The cleaning crew came in and did a deep cleaning and carpet cleaning of my newly remodeled home. The price was reasonable and the service was good and the cleaners were nice. However the next day, I noticed the that there was construction debris or something from the remodeling done in my bathroom. I call the manager (brian who was really nice) to complain that the job wasn't completed. He stated the cleaning crew had thoroughly clean the bathroom that they did a walk through of the place with the contractor who approved the completed job. However, He offered to come out and reclean the bathroom. The crew arrived again the next day. As they were getting ready to re-clean the bathroom, the contracter admitted that they install sliding glass showers couple of hours after the cleaning crew finished and redirty the bathroom with debris. So the crew was not responsible for re-cleaning the bathroom but they offer any ways to clean them again. How embarassing! I felt so bad making them come out again to my place so i gave them each a good tip$ for going beyond the call of duty to make sure that i was a happy customer. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and co-workers...thanks guys. They also move stuff so i might use them to move my new furniture in and have them haul my old one out. We wanted a company that can come and do a big clean and they were able to provide a crew who was efficient, fast and very good. Our office was due to open in one week of the completed construction. White dust and debris was everywhere but they were able to clean our 7,000 sqft facitily before the deadline. And they did a gread job. thanks guys.
