I order a spring cleaning for my condo. when i return from work, they had perform the deep cleaning but my carpet still look dirty. All they did was vacuum but didn't steam clean ...

Best service around 4/20/2008

The company was a little late, but their service was the best i've seen in a while. The technician was well dressed and pleasant. Their price was fair and they honored a coupon i had recieved without giving me any grief. My carpet looked really really nice, and they did things I've never seen any other company ever do. They took their time to do it right. They used corner guards to protect my walls and a bunch of other things. Highly recommend to anyone. First good service I've recieved in this town in a long time. They even clean my bathroom for free. Pros: They can both do house cleaning and carpet cleaning in one trip. more

Excellent house and carpet cleaners. 4/18/2008

I called several companies for estimates on cleaning my house and carpet. Decided to go with these guys. Professional, friendly and knowledgable employees. Service beyond what I expected. These guys get an A+ in the job that they do. I decided to do a yearly contract. Best idea I ever had! Excellent company. Would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Great experience 4/16/2008

I called Yolandas Maid and maintenance for my carpet cleaning care. They estimated the job a few days before the work was to be done. Javier answered all of my questions about cleaning job in a way that I could understand. It is refreshing to have a worker show up on time?it doesn?t happen that often. He also walked me through each room and explained what he was going to do before he started. He spent as much time as required to do the job right. He treated me as though I were his only customer he had for the day. Thanks for a perfect job. I will highly recommend this company to friends Pros: Certified carpet cleaners Cons: a little more expensive than the other guys but with good results more

WOW !! 4/15/2008

It was about time so i order Yolandas maid for my grandmothers house which has not been clean for in 12 years. there was cobwebs, spiders and all kinds of clawing critters up in that place, the kitchen and bathroom were the worst. the walls had so much yellowing on it from years of smoking that you could not even see the white on the walls and there was urine and fecal matter all over the carpet. I honestly thought that when the cleaner arrive they will turn down the job becuase it was just so gross i couldnt even handle being inside the place for 5min. they had so much energy it took them almost 10 hrs to complete the job the best they can do. the walls were white again and the place look alot better then before. I felt i can breath in that place again without passing out. the cleaning crew was awsome and they gave it all they can to get that place in decent condition again. reliable, honest and dependable 4/8/2008

I was impressed with Mr. caldron and his staff from day one and that has continued through today. It has truly been a plessure working with Mr. Caldron due to his professionalism and courteousness. The staff has always cleaned my house to perfection. It is so wonderful to come home to a clean house at the end of the day or to have a little extra help cleaning if you are getting ready for a party. I have recommended Yolandas Maids to many of my friends and they have all been satisfied with his work. He can handle small or large jobs and at a moments notice if needed. I cannot say enough wonderful things and definitely recommend his service. Take care guys Pros: they can handle big or small jobs on short notice more

Pleasure doing with Business with 4/4/2008

My husband and I have used different cleaning people over the years, but no one has ever been as thorough and efficient as Maria. My husband is even more picky than I am, and he called me at work to say our house looked INCREDIBLE and that he wants Maria to keep us on her schedule until she retires! Maria is a sweet, sincere, responsible hard worker. My husband and I feel blessed to have found her. My sister-in-law and 2 best friends are going to use her as well. If someone (other reviewers) had a problem, I would say they need to look at themselves and their expectations. Our expectectations were very high and Maria exceeded them completely!!!\r more

immaculately clean! wow 4/2/2008

My place was a mess. so i call Yolandas Maid. I just wanted to thank the crew who came out last weekend and cleaned up our new home before we moved in! You guys did a great job! Very detail-oriented and punctual. I wish I'd taken before and after pictures because I honestly can't even begin to explain to everyone how disgusting this place was before you guys showed up. Thanks for being so thorough and on top of things! High recommend these guys. Pros: they double check their work more

Great certified carpet cleaning technicans 3/30/2008

Boy I can't even start to explain how hard it is to find an IICRC certified company to clean my carpets. I searched around and couldn't come up with anyone. I didnt just want anyone cleaning my carpets i wanted a real professional. And finally my maid who work for Yolandas Maid service informed me that they also had certified carpet cleaners working for them. So I gave them a call and gave them a try. I was so happy i did. Finally I found some who knows what they are doing. They did an extremely good job. I was so pleased with my carpets that i had them clean my furniture and area rugs too. My house looks great and smells like new. If you are looking around and can't make a decision don't hesitate to call Yolandas Certified Carpet Cleaners because you will not be dissapointed. more

Great cleaners 3/29/2008

I family was coming to visit me so I was in need of some serious cleaning service right away. so i called Yolandas Maid. The rep. was so prompt, intelligent, and helped me immediately. The crew arrived on time. They cleaned every thing you can possibly clean, even dusted my plants. My house shined when they left The place was spotless when they left. Not what i expected at first..but they try hard to make things right 3/29/2008

I call yolandas Maid to clean my house. At first the girl seem to be doing a good job. I notice that she was talking on her cell phone most of the time. Some of sort of personal problems. Anyways she finish and said said that the job was completed. I look around and saw that she left soap-scum in my tub and in my sink, didn't clean the tiles in my bathroom and if she mopped my floors you couldn't tell. Overall it was a half done job. When I called the company to let them know of my concerns the gentleman on the phone did express my concern over my problems, and told me they would send the crew to reclean which did make me feel better but i wasted my day. needless to say a different maid arrived and reclean my bathroom just in time for my party. Professionalism !!!! and hard workers. 3/29/2008

Yolandas cleaners works hard, quickly, and quietly (no music, cellphone chatter, or disruptive chit-chat like some other cleaners we've used - important especially if you work at home). I wish I knew how they got wood floors, windows, and stainless steel, in particular, to look as good as they do (must be a trade secret..I'm afraid if i ask them how they might have to shot me..:)..). They not only clean our house but have also cleaned up interiors of our construction sites as well as houses being prepped for the real estate market. Every friend I've recommended them to and who uses them is very, very happy with their work. Others out there may be cheaper, but Yolandas Maid is pleasant, reliable, trustworthy, and highly professional -- crucial ingredients for a business cleaning your personal residence. I recommend them any time. more

We have used Yolandas Maid Service for while now and we have been delighted ever since. They are reliable, highly professional, personable and extremely good at what they do!!! We continued to use their services as they branched out to window cleaning and to pressure washing - with continued great results. First rate work is all they know how to do!!! I have recommended their services to many friends; currently, they do business with at least 5 people on our street alone. Also, as a real estate professional, I use Yolandas Maid to pre-clean listings before they go on the market. These guys were great. I showed them what I wanted done and then went right to work. I have 5 bedroom 3 bath house. I am very impressed with the amount of detail. They worked since the minute they got here until it was done. Everybody was very friendly, they knew what there were doing, and ask me to check overeverything before they left. The next day a got a call from the office to make sure everything went well. I've never seen my house this clean. Now I get to enjoy my house. I am already on weekly schedule. more

Well organize & efficient!! 3/23/2008

Using Yolandas Maids service I felt they were better than most maid services. We have a large condo and they would send 2-3 maids to clean it. They had assignment sheets for what to clean. They did return at no charge if there were problems. . I've tried others, but so far, with the service out there, this is one of the better ones. Pros: They bring their own supplies more

I have been a client of Yolandas Maid for over a year and my experience with them has been exceptional. I have had many maid services in the past and have found them to be the most organized and consistent that I have used. The office seems well staffed and they are very friendly and thorough. They always seem to have plenty of cleaning supplies and have even fulfilled a couple of requests on product that I had for the wood floors. I have always considered myself hard to please but they seem to be regularly exceeding my expectation and they guarantee they're service. I have referred these guys to many of my friends and they are all very pleased. Give them a try and you will be very happy too!\r more

Yolandas Carpet cleaners where great!! I have had my carpets cleaned once a year for many years now. I have had my fair share of headaches and scams. This company was very straight forward, and most of all on time. They weren't the cheapest when I called around, but worth every penny. He was even able to remove a stain that the last guy couldn't over a year ago. I like the fact that they use high-quality steam cleaning of all types of carpeting; extras include pre-vacuuming and spot removal. Have used Yolandas Maid Cleaning Service for one year. Yolanda and her team arrive on time and work very efficiently. They clean my house, change the sheets, make the beds, and straighten up anything left out. They did an excellent job with the bathroom and kitchen areas making sure any dishes are clean and placed away in the cabinets. After a difficult house remodel the team did a thorough cleaning of all areas removing the layers of dust from the new walls and cabinets. I have recommended them to several families in our neighborhood. They have cleaned our rental properties when the units become vacant. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs cleaning on a regular basis. more

Glad i made this call. Never having cleaning service before I wasn't sure what to expect. I called around a few places to get an idea of price and what service they provide. Although they were a bit more than I was hoping to pay (they weren't the least expensive but they weren't the most expensive either) I decided to go with them because it seemed that they could do the things I want which is important to me. The girls arrived and were very polite and friendly. I showed them what I wanted and then they just went to it. I can tell you, I am really glad I went with them because the quality of service they provided was worth it and I definitely felt like I got my money worth. My house sparkled when they were finished. more

Professional and excellent service 3/13/2008

After researching several companies in town to have my terrazo floor sealed and waxed, I finally decided on Yolanda's floor waxing. I?m so glad I did. Beginning with my initial encounter with the owner until the job was complete, I felt like I was well treated. The owner spent a great deal of time educating me about the types of floors and appropriate wax for it. His professionalism, competence and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. The guy was highly skilled, clean and willing to go the extra mile to make everything perfect. Each person I encountered at this company was oriented towards providing quality service. I highly recommend Yolandas Floor Care for all your waxing needs. The 1,500 square feet of waxed floor came out beautiful and, equally as important, at a fair price. more
