If you want the best (to be defined in a second) carpet cleaner, then Yolandas Carpet cleaning is your company. Best = responsive, caring, professional, quality, timely and at a great cost. Whereby all their work is appointment only, I called them to see if they could recommend an ""emergency carpet cleaner"" due to an accident I had on my carpet (believe me, I won't get into the details because you don't want to know. Suffice it to say, it involved a very sick dog). I had company coming in the next day and was in shock when I saw what awaited me when I came home. I called after hours, talked to Brian who, feeling my pain, did a personal errand and came over to rid me of the problem. He had never witnessed this kind of a mess (and stench) before. The miracle of it all -- within minutes the odor was eliminated and after he finished, the stain was gone. It was amazing. They use quality product, he took the time to ensure the stain was gone and you'd never know there was an accident. I use Yolandas Carpet cleaners to clean my carpets 1-2 times a year for regular maintenance. They use the best product, it dries fast, smells clean! They are the best! DON'T call anyone else --. And if you do, please tell them ""dog lady with the mess"" sent you. You will not be disappointed.
