I call yolandas maid service for carpet cleaning. I told that them that my carpet hasn't been clean in 12yrs and that i had all types of stains on it. they came made an assessment of my carpet and told upfront that they couldn't guaranteed that all the stains will come up because of the length of time the stains had to work themselves into the carpet fibers. I appreciated the honestly and had them clean my carpet anyways even if they only succeeded in sanitizing my carpet. they treated alot of the stains before they started cleaning it. I can undoubtedly say that i was amaze on how much of the stains they got out of my carpet. I would say that they got 80% of the carpet clean. They even most of the old coffee and rust stains that has been there for years. My carpet never look so good in a long time and decided to to replace it. I now have them schedule to clean my carpet every three months. I highy recommend them.
