Horrible horrible horrible 9/3/2002

I went to Vox for brunch on Sunday to use a $50 gift certificate I received. The food was OK, and service was poor. There was hardly anyone there, yet the waiter could not even refill our water glasses. When I received the bill, it was for $35 + tax and tip. I gave the waiter the $50 gift certificate and asked for change (there was no way he was getting a $15 tip). After talking to the manager, he tried telling us that tax and tip are not included in the gift certificate AND we would not get change from the $50. We walked out never to return. I would NEVER suggest this place to anyone unless they wanted to be treated terribly and eat mediocre food and drinks. more

Very fun crowd! 6/13/2002

Finally got back to Vox after wayyy too long away.... Visited on a Thurs night - after work. Very good crowd...not too young, and healthy mix of 30 yrs old and up! Be sure to visit the upstairs bar if the downstairs gets too crowded...a great way to avoid waiting for drinks downstairs! Cant wait to go back! more
