In May of this year I was attending a conference at the Westin Galleria hotel and I had a few hours to spare, so I made an appointment to have my hair cut at Visible Changes. I am so glad that I did! From the moment that I scheduled my appointment until the time of my checkout my experience was wonderful! Everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful. Even the person who shampooed my hair took time to get to know me and make conversation. I did not request any particular stylist, but was pleasantly scheduled with Gabriela. She was so easy to talk to and helped me relax immediately, which is something I have a hard time doing with a new stylist. She was so willing to help me understand what I needed from my hair cut as well as teaching me how to style it on my own. I loved her so much, that I have continued going to her even though I live 30 miles away in the Woodlands. Excellent, friendly service! I would recommend to anyone looking for a new salon!
