I went into Visible Changes looking to get some bounce back into my hair and that is exactly what Stephanie did! \r

Stephanie was really nice and when she asked me what I wanted done I only brielfy told her what I was looking to do and she understoong exactly what I wanted. I have had past experiences in other salons before where I try to explain what I want done to my hair(several times in some instances) and the stylist still doesnt get it and I walk out so dissatisfied, but not today!\r

Definatly going back to Visible Changes and visitng Stephanie again for my next haircut. \r
