Visible Changes - Collin Creek Mall

Tiffany & Jake are the best color and cut combo there is!! I was terrified to have my hair done because it was super long, and i was just scared. I didnt want anyone to mess up the colors and strip out my hair or cut it all off and make it look really bad because they didnt know what they were doing. Well, I called up Jake and let him know what i wanted to do. He referred me to Tiffany for my cut and i just flat out trusted him with my color. He is even extremely patient and helpful when it comes to picking the colors. Im very picky and he was very understanding and honest with me about how the colors would turn out. He's that good. Well, he did my color and I LOVE it, and Tiffany got ahold of my hair and did the best cut I have ever had, and I have had quite a few haircuts. She was wonderful and confident, which i really liked. She knew what she was doing and did not hesitate to ask questions about my views and opinions on the cut as she was doing it. She even gave me extremely helpful tips on how to style it just right. She gave me a haircut that I wanted, not one that I just ended up with on my head. That has happened before unfortunately, but not by her. From now on I will only let Jake do my color and Tiffany do my cuts. They are both amazing and I wouldnt refer anyone, to anybody, other than those two. I love it when i get my hair done and the people who do it actually do what I want them too, instead of what they want to. It's awful when that happens. I am extremely satisfied with my cut & color. There is not one thing i can think of that i dont like about it. This is a very nice, well maintained, professional salon to go too! my daughter referred ,visible changes and Mari M. to me and I went and was not dissappointed I really enjoyed it .Mari was fantastic and very pleasent to be with and the one that shampooed me was very good and nice more

I have never written a review, but I feel compelled to let the world know about the wonderful experience I had at Visible Changes salon in Collin Creek Mall. First let me say that I have not had my hair cut in a while and have not had it colored in years. I am a mother of four and usually all my ""extra"" money goes towards my kids. I decided it was time to treat myself and after reading reviews decided on Visible Changes. Originally I was set up with Cindy for color and Mary Jo for my cut, but the day of my appointment Mary Jo was sick so I was assigned to Cindy for both. I went in and told Cindy I was looking for a fresh new look, but one that didn't require too much maintance. She gave me a cut and color that were exactly what I didn't know I always wanted! She was a great conversationalist as well and the appointment flew by! The girl who washed my hair was not as great: the water was cold and she was bit rough, but I didn't go to the salon to get my hair washed. I have been getting nothing but compliments since last week about my cut and color. Thank you Cindy for helping me rediscover myself! First, I will say that I really don't write reviews and for me to take the time to do this is unlike me at all.....Becca has been cutting my hair for probably over five years now. I like being able to sit with her, relax and not be concerned about anything else except what I have planned for that day. I totally trust her and each time I make an appointment, I know that I'm not getting just a ""status qou"" haircut. I'm a guy and for me to keep returning to this place over and over, when it's location is in a mall, says a lot. I can't stand malls, but it doesn't bother me anymore beacuse I know I get the best service provided for what I pay. Everyone from Elaine (manager) to the check in and all the other employees, seems to love what they're doing and it shows. I don't feel like ""a number"" when I'm there and the customer service is impeccable. My life is chaotic at best sometimes and they call to remind you of your appointment and also can email you which is great because we all forget sometimes. This company is setting a standard of how you should treat people and I hope it's around for a while. Pros: This company seems to run like a well oiled machine. Cons: seating is minimal, but they're efficient on moving people more

I have been going to Robert for years. I am extremely particular about my hair, because I have had many disastrous haircuts in the past. Robert listens and examines your hair before he cuts it, so he knows what to do before it gets wet. I recently made the mistake of getting a haircut from someone else at another salon, and I had to wear a ponytail every day for 3 months it was so bad. Robert fixed my hair beautifully and when I looked in the mirror, I loved what I saw and I know I could never let anyone else touch my hair. If you want a gorgeous, easy to style, swingy, sexy cut, Robert is the stylist for you. I will also add he is very highly educated in his field, so he is constantly updated on the latest techniques. Tiffany is awesome at what she does. I have been going to her for over 2 years and have NEVER had a bad haircut. Both my son and daughter go to her as well and we are all very pleased with the service she provides. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone for a terrific cut and style. Jules is a color specialist, and I get the same consistent fabulous results every time I go to her. She is super friendly and takes her time to make sure the job is done right. visible changes is the place to be when u want change and most importantly want to feel beautiful. I have been going to the plano location for a little over 2 years now and Tiffany is my stylist, everytime I see her she looks different cut, color and even how she stles it. That just makes me trust her even more, so much that I sit in her chair and say do whatever make me beautiful....and she does! more

Annabel always does such a great job! I love my hair and enjoy catching up with her when I come to Visible Changes. I have been going here for years for cuts, styles, highlights, etc. They are knowledgeable and know what will make you look your best. I was always real scared when I go to a stylist I haven't tried before for a haircut. I love bangs but the past two stylist I've had at other salons did a horrible job at cutting my bangs. Perla not only did a great job with my bangs, she also cut my hair to the exact length that i wanted, i was very satisfied! Pros: Affordable and listens to your needs more

I have been to three different stylists at three different levels and each cut has been great! The two more memorable stylists were Annabell and Mary Jo. Both listened to what my hair was like and what I wanted then took into account my face shape and lifestyle to give me a fantastic hair cut! I do think it's a pain that the stylist doesn't see my hair before it is washed because words can only say so much. I LOVE how the stylist explains what products they are using, why, how much and the technique for drying, straightening and styling. This is very helpful. I was referred here by my two roommates who have been going to this salon for years and I was very pleased. Visible Changes can get expensive but I think it is money well spent.
