Love My Stylist 6/3/2009

Angie has been doing my cuts, color and highlights for years. Always willing to do what I want, but will also suggest what she knows is best. She is moving this week and she will be greatly missed ! She has referred me on to another stylist whom I am sure will do a great job. They will have big shoes to fill, but I will continue to go to Visible Changes. I've seen the work other stylist there have done and there are plenty of others I would trust. Pros: Knowledgable,professional,aims to please Cons: Sometimes a bit cold in the salon, but better than too hot. more

Tiffany treats my 10 year old like a queen when we come. Her cuts and style make her feel very pretty and grown-up. My daughter loves the full service provided at Visible Changes. Pros: Great with my daughter, knows the right cut for my face Cons: Books up quickly! more

Great color and cut 5/19/2009

today i went and planned on getting my hair shampoo cut and styled and they offered for me to get my hair colored however i wanted for $40.00 for people in training... i was alittle nervous but it came out great. Tiffany shampooed cut and styled my hair and jacob did my color....best place ever. color is alittle pricey if u were just to set an appointment but the work is worth it. The VERY Best Place for Hair 5/11/2009

Mary Jo has been doing my hair for 3-4 years and I love her!. She always makes me look my very best! She also does my daughter's hair and now my grandson's hair. My grandson had thick, curly and puffy hair. Mary Jo cut it and wow!!!!! What a difference the right hair cutting technique makes! Pros: knowledgeable, professional and super nice! more

Great place 5/10/2009

I had hair down to the middle of my back (male btw) and they where the first people to cut my hair in two years. Donated two ten inch braids :) but they did a wonderful job and i got exactly what i wanted and more. Pros: Amazing prices and even better hair cuts more

I have been going to this location for 12 1/2 years with about 11 to the same lady (Mary Jo). I get good results & a a pleasant visit (short cause I don't have much hair). Pros: Close by & friendly staff more

GREAT MANAGER! 5/1/2009

I wasnt happy with my hair color and called 2 weeks aftr it was done. At first, stylist said she couldn't do anything for me except charge me $45 to fix it. Called back and talked to Ellaine (manager) she didn't argue with me and set me up for another appt. to fix it. Thanks for doing the right thing! Pros: Handled Complaint Well! more

Good Work and Not Expensive 4/25/2009

I just got my hair colored there and it was awesome. I wasn't sure what I wanted and the stylist listened to what I had to say and made some suggestions, and I went with what she suggested and it turned out great. The guy who blew out my hair and flatironed it also made it look awesome. Pros: professional, good quality hair salon more

She cuts with using a razor instead of scissors, your haircut ends up with many layers. She listens very well to what you want your style to become at the end of the session. I went in today and got a haircut and she gave me several options of what i knew i wanted, its like she can read minds or something. Angie is the best Stylist and Colorist at Visible Changes and any Salon! 3/10/2009

Angie has highlighted and cut my hair for over 8 years. She is great with color and really fast. Other competitive salons have taken 3 hours to highlight my hair. In one hour Angie is done. She does not pressure you to buy products like other stylist do. She is so dependable with her awesome work and has never canceled on me. I have referred many family and friends. Go to Visible Changes and go see Angie! Pros: fast, dependable, friendly, clean atmosphere more

Best style in Plano 3/4/2009

I've been very happy with Annabell. Each time I visit or one of my kids visit, we leave with a good style and leave satisfied. She gives a lot of attention to what I ask for and she always has a professional manner in her work. Highly recommended! Pros: Good service Cons: they usually run over time more
