I have been to three different stylists at three different levels and each cut has been great! The two more memorable stylists were Annabell and Mary Jo. Both listened to what my hair was like and what I wanted then took into account my face shape and lifestyle to give me a fantastic hair cut! I do think it's a pain that the stylist doesn't see my hair before it is washed because words can only say so much.
I LOVE how the stylist explains what products they are using, why, how much and the technique for drying, straightening and styling. This is very helpful.
I was referred here by my two roommates who have been going to this salon for years and I was very pleased. Visible Changes can get expensive but I think it is money well spent.
