Best Color Stylist!!!!! 3/3/2009

JULES! Been going to her for a year and she is so fun and funky! It's like taking a mini vacation to go hang out with her for an hour or so....You feel pampered and full of energy when you leave! Pros: They give a 10% discount to educators! Cons: price is high, but I continually get compliments on my color! more

Heather's Hair loft 3/3/2009

Heather is no longer with Visible Changes in plano she is now with The Hair Loft. It is a great location super stylish , she does great work along with 2 other girls. Relaxing, clean, great service!! Best cut ever and she did a great job on my wedding style and for my bridal party !! Pros: everything is great more

UNSANITARY!! 3/3/2009

$70 for a haircut and they stick your head into a FILTHY sink! I've sat under the hairdryers many times and watched people getting shampooed. more

I've gone to Visible Changes for the past 3 years and I will only go to Annabell Alvarez! She's always given me exactly what I have wanted. She also helps me pick the right products for my hair. Although her prices have gone up slightly, every penny has been worth it! Way to go Annabell! more

Tiffany has been doing my hair for a while now. I am absolutely pleased each & every time that I get my hair done. I recommend Tiffany to anyone who's looking to feel great & look great! Visable Changes the best place to get a new look 1/16/2009

I had gone to a lady that had just chopped my hair off completely and my hair was fried from the worst color treatment i had ever seen. I went to Visible Changes where I meet Tiffany. I was like could you please help me. I had a certain style I wanted soo needless to say she has cut my hair for 6 mos now and my hair style is want I really wanted, and my friend Jules that does color at Visible Changes has done wonders for my color and I trusted her so much also that I have went from one extreme to the other with my hair colot and LOVE IT. Excellent Stylist 12/28/2008

Heather has been my stylist for about 10 years. I always get an excellent cut and trust her implicitly with my hair. I have friends and family that constantly complain that their stylist doesn't listen to them or doesn't cut their hair the way they want. I have never had that experience with Heather. She makes recommendations for cut and styling and she takes the time to show me how to create the style myself. Her attitude is positive and I am a satisfied customer when I walk out of the salon. I have been going to Visible Changes for a long time and I had some good stylist and some bad. But then my neice and my sister started using Heather. The next time I went in I made an appointment with Heather and I've been seeing her ever since. For the first time in a long time I have found a hairstylist that I trust. She always remembers me and that is very important to me, because I don't feel like I'm just a number. She has gained my trust and I know I will always walk out with a good style. I have referred her to several people who have asked where I got my haircut and I will keep referring people to her. She is absolutely the greatest!!!! I'm a 25yr old that had been going to the same hairstylist for 13 yrs when I stumbled upon Heather @ Visible Changes. My hair was long, fried, and ratty. I was in need of serious change. Heather, who has fantastic hair herself, made me like my hair again by giving me a great short cut! My hair looks healthier and everyone gives me compliments! I would recommend her to any of my friends and to anyone in need of a change without the worries! more

Great Haircut for Guy's! 12/2/2008

I?m a younger guy and have very thick hair and have tried the $10 haircut places and there either awesome or I wear hats for the next month (most of the time I wore a hat). But, I?ve been going to Visible Changes at Collin Creek for over 2 years and have finally found a place where all the stylists can do a good job on my hair. I use Tiffany and she always does a great job. I?m not the ?Mall/Shopping? type of guy but I enjoy Visible Changes as everybody is very nice and polite and I get a great hair cut. Best Salon in the area 12/2/2008

I have had my hair done at many places in the Dallas area including two Toni and Guy salons. This salon is hip and trendy. They work to ensure your happiness with your cut. My hairstylist Tiffany always makes sure I go home knowing how to fix my hair which I love. My hair colorist Jules is AWESOME! She is extremely creative and I love that. Best Haircare 11/25/2008

I have been a client for several years and have had haircuts and perms. I am a 66 year old woman with thin, fine hair which is light brown and silver. I have had many people do my hair over the years and think that Visible Changes is one of the best shops. Mari Marcano is the best for perms and Julie is great for haircuts. They listen to what I want and make suggestions based on my hair type. The don't oversell their products so I never feel pressured to buy anything, which has happened at other shops, so when I buy a product I really want to try it. I have always been pleased with my hair after I visit them. more

i went to visible changes back in march and received the BEST hair cut ever by Tiffany, i have never in my entire life gone back to the same person because they never do what i want...but Tiffany is perfect..i went back to her the other day and i am 110% satisfied!...shes makes sure she knows exactly what you want, asks a lot of questions, whereas other people just do what they feel like. Give Tiffany a try, once you do you'll be begging her to cut your hair again! Pros: Everything! more
