This place really helped my dream come true with the pool and spa they built at my home. My children and family are enjoying the pool immensely. During the process, extreme efforts were made to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome and that the work was complete with quality kept in mind. more

I have had more than 1 pool built by this business and everything during the process went great! They were so good the first time it was easy to call in them again when I needed a pool built in my second home. Thank you Venture for a job well done. more

I did a lot of research on selecting the right PB to build our first pool. I finally settled on Venture custom pools. Like a lot of posts I read, I heard negative and positive comments on every PB. Since this is the first pool I have ever purchased, I wanted everything to go well and try to avoid all the issues you read about. more

I did a lot of research on selecting the right PB to build our first pool. I finally settled on Venture custom pools. Like a lot of posts I read, I heard negative and positive comments on every PB. Since this is the first pool I have ever purchased, I wanted everything to go well and try to avoid all the issues you read about. Well, I just wanted to say, we just finished building our pool with Venture Custom pools out of Frisco, and they truly exceeded our expectations. After we went through the sales process, you wonder if you made the right choice and if you are getting a quality build pool. I will say, the service really exceeded our expectations after the sale!! When most companies forget you after signing that contract.. The supervisor Chris, who oversaw our project was always on top of everything. I called him many times just to touch base and understand what was happening next in the process and he always answered the phone and if he doesn't, he called me back almost immediately. He addressed every question I had. The scheduling team led by Angela had everything flowing smooth. Everytime I called to check on something, they were always available. I never had an issue getting in touch with anyone from construction to scheduling. And, as I learned how the construction process went, I truly can say, there isn't another pool bulider who could've done a better job on any phase of the project or customer service. I took the time to write this review because I hear so many horror stories, about service and quality. Venture pools was 5 star on both. They did an excellent job and I will go with them again if Ihad to build another pool. more

First let me say that whatever I say about Venture Custom Pools of Plano, Texas, they will come back with a negative comment. I've read their rebuttal's on other customer complaints. *Hence, the lack of customer service* Venture Custom Pools built our pool in 2007. It was completed in December and is approximately 3 1/2 yrs old. Too bad it appears to be 10 or more years old. We have had multiple issues beginning with the building process until present. This past autumn tiles were falling off of the pool. We called Venture. They reluctantly sent someone out and they did readhere the tiles to the pool. They even fixed a couple of other things we had been unhappy with for some time. The tiles from the same area are falling off again. Again we called Venture. Unfortunately, our warranty covered the first 2 years and we were informed that it is like buying a new car... after a few years the warranty expires and things start falling off. So, you just have to get them fixed. Too bad we can not trade it in. No explanation as to why our neighbors pool (also built by Venture about 9 months before ours) has not had any issues. Why us, why our pool? The salesman said the supervisor would be there everyday overseeing every phase. He wasn't. He was rude. He had zero customer service skills. I blame a lot of our issues over time on him. Most of these companies bring in contractors to do the different phases of the job. His job was to make sure that they (whether they be contractors or employees) do their job correctly. He did not do his job. The folks at Venture love to blame some of our issues on ground shifting. Our neighbors (mentioned above) live directly next door to us. Wouldn't their ground shift when our ground shifts? To be honest, I am not so sure I even want anyone from Venture Custom Pools to lay another hand on our pool. It may actually still be salvageable if we can find the right person or company who actually cares about doing a quality job and offering quality customer service. Apparently this company is a hit or a miss. Our neighbors experience was good but ours has been trying and stressful. The odds are not in your favor. Don't risk it. I can not tell you who is the right choice, but Venture is definitely not it. more

We had asked Venture pools to come out for an estimate. The guy who came was early to the meeting (always a plus), was really professional, informative, and included a powerpoint presentation for us. Included information on the equipment, warranty, asked us about the design that we wanted etc etc etc. The guy said he will draw up a plan, and call us into his office to check out all the materials. Didn't hear from him until a week later - we scheduled a date to come in..didn't hear anything back after that. Was a shame..seemed like they had potential..but in the end fell short on coming through. Their loss. Pros: Great sales pitch/presentation, informative Cons: Never called back, does not care to sell a pool more

I am very happy with my new swimming pool from Venture. The salesman was very professional and informative about the construction process. All the changes I wanted along the way were well documented and signed-off by everyone to avoid any confusion. The construction went very smoothly, with only a few delays due to the weather, which is to be expected. And they did their best at keeping the landscaping in tact while it was being built, which must be difficult considering the equipment they have to use. Everything looks beautiful now and I can't wait until I can jump in. I would highly recommend Venture Pools as it was a pleasure from start to finish. Pros: beautiful work, great communication, best price more

Venture pools made many promises that have not been fulfilled and now have threatened to sue us.Slaesman Rudy Vrba when selling the poolto us , assured us our lawn would be "just like is was" when they arrived........now we have an ugly construction access full of cement fragment, mud and deep ruts.......no grass, from the front of our home to the pool site across our backyard, they say NOW they are not responsible for any repairs. The decking was to be ammended with some extra red stone to match all the flagstone and pool amenities, but it was not done. Not responsible again ! When the pool was sold to us we told Rudy , we did not want a "BLUE" pool......we wanted a natural look. so we selected a plaster color of Black, White, grey and a fleck of navy blue specs. They plastered witha vibrant BLUE , like wet and wild. Not responsible ! ....also promised a water outlet to wash the decking and water plants and flowers. an electric outlet and a auto ignite for gas feature..........not done ! Several other things did not get done as promised and now we have a 50,000.00 investment and nothing close to what we contracted for Pros: Great field guy.....Chris Cons: dishonest, unconcerned, no customer service more
