We are very pleased with our pool! While there may have been a snaffoo, the mark of a good company is NOT the problem, but how they handle it and Venture Custom Pools did terrific!! \r Their staff was wonderful to deal with. My personal dealing with Steven was limited but whenever I needed to, he was ""johnny on the spot"" and very helpful! Andrew was excellent with the design - very creative! But by far, we had the most communication with Amanda and she was really terrific. We had lots of questions and follow up situations and she always responded quickly and was extra helpful.\r Very thankful for the crew they have. This made our pool buying experience a positive one. We will be sure to show our pool to everyone!! more

I had a pool built by Venture Custom Pools last summer. I wanted to take a minute to say that the whole thing was a great experience! From design with Rudy, to Brandon and all the guys doing the work... It went so smoothly!\r I also wanted to send out a special thanks to Amanda and Sheila in service! They were AWESOME!!! Anytime I called with a question they were totally on it! Their communication skills were fabulous and they constantly kept me up to date with what was going on, who would be doing work and when. I can not say enough nice things about them!! Anyway, thanks again! more

Very happy about our beautiful pool from Venture Custom Pools. I did a lot of research before coming to them and I was nervous as anyone would be about a big purchase. I was nervous up until the work started. That first day they did so much work and the workers were polite and took great care of my backyard. I went to bed that night feeling confident I made the right choice. And I did. I love my pool and I am always reminded of your dedication whenever I look at it. more

Last spring my husband and I shopped around for the best price to get a pool and spa built into our backyard. I found your business to have the most reasonable prices. I also later found that you provide excellent customer service and quality of work. Our pool was built in the promised amount of time. It was ready when I returned from my vacation, to my surprise. The crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves and did a wonderful job constructing the pool and spa to our desire. Our pool brought us great joy in the summer, and the spa has been very relaxing and enjoyable in the cool, and even cold, days of the fall. Thank you for your excellent customer service. It was a wonderful investment that will last a lifetime. more

Venture Custom Pools just completed my new swimming pool which I love. I would especially like to bring attention to the professional performance of Greg M, the senior designer on our pool. Greg was always available when I had a question, concern, or wanted to change something. My phone calls were answered and returned promptly. He was very attentive to all of the details of the planning.\r I also met with Justin, the superintendent, and he was thorough as well. He was courteous and responded to all my questions. We built great rapport. He was very courteous and his attention to detail of the construction of the pool was on point. He was always aware of which sub-contractors were on the job or schedule. Overall, a great job well done on my new pool and here’s to many years of service.\r more

I had my pool custom made from Venture and everything turned out great. This was a couple years ago, but today I’m writing about a new experience I had. Last week, I sent a panic call to their office due to the pump in my pool not priming. I called their office and the technician was very helpful by explaining what I needed to do in order to prime the pump. I begged him to help me and told him I would leave a key for him even though he didn’t anticipate being able to come by. I was unable to get the pump primed and left a message explaining the situation after we talked. The next morning, I went out and try to get the pump working and noticed that someone had been there early in the morning to fix the problem. I was so surprised by the great and expedite service by Venture Custom Pools I just had to share. more

I want to thank you for your assistance in helping us with our pool after it was completed on time and exactly as you promised. My spouse and I decided that we wanted to change some of the stonework around our pool and when we contacted your company the project coordinator at your office was kind and gracious to help us get the work scheduled. I called your company on a Monday and by Wednesday you had workers out to my house taking care of the extra work we wanted done. The work was done fast and neatly…in fact they left my house so neat that I could not tell they had been there and completed the job. Great work all around. more

The process of creating our custom pool was quite frankly, really cool! My spouse and I were thrilled to learn that our pool designer had advanced computer technology that allowed him to design a Virtual Pool for us using the unique backyard dimensions and landscape of our house. We were able to give the Venture pool designer 100% input into our pool shape, depth, building materials, water features, lighting and even a remote control for our spa. Now we are incredibly satisfied and enjoying our high tech backyard. more

Great pool builder, terrible customer service after. Venture built a great pool for us that we are still very happy with. Their customer service is horrid. Both in warranty and past warranty service were exceptionally poor. The service team is not organized well and drops the ball often on scheduling, follow up, and fails to understand customer satisfaction. Typically when the service people show up the work is good, getting them there is near impossible. There are a lot of great pool builders in the area, I recommend including customer service as a discriminator in your selection of companies. more

Certainly having a pool built so fast was great but the people were even more amazing. When we were doing our research on what pool company to use we read so many horror stories from consumers who had bad experiences with sub contractors or even the sales group with the pool company they chose. Each person we encountered through this process have been absolutely the most customer focused, professional and quite honestly the most genuine people that we have had doing any kind of work in our home. more

I must admit that this review comes a little late but Venture built such a beautiful pool I just haven t been able to get out long enough to do it!! \r In all seriousness, we sincerely want to thank everyone at Venture for everything. It was amazing to watch the guys come in and dig the hole for the pool; they were fast, efficient, and above all professional! What was probably the most impressive part of the entire building process was that the rain did not slow you down at all; everyone still showed up as promised, or earlier, rain or shine! From the day the hole was dug until the day we took our first swim it was 3 weeks and 1 day...that's amazing! more
