The Right Choice 2/22/2012

After meeting with a few other pool companies Venture Custom Pools won my vote. It was easy for us to make the decision after meeting with your salesperson and pool designer who made my husband and I feel relaxed, comfortable, and they weren't pushy at all. All of our questions were answered and our concerns were addressed . They even gave us little known tips about the pool building process, also about pool ownership, so we would be successful with our pool right from the start. It showed us that they really cared. Your entire staff made the difference in our new pool buying and ownership experience. Your construction team is very knowledgeable, courteous, and skilled. Most importantly you are very patient, considering all of the endless questions we had as first time buyers. I made the right decision selecting Venture Custom...both my husband and I agree..Thanks Again. more

The designer was great to work with and very experienced as well. He was confident he could design the pool of our dreams and he did just that while incorporating the features we wanted while staying in our desired budget. more

Beautiful 1/9/2012

This is not the first pool that I had built, and I wanted to say this organization excelled over my previous experience. Valerie and Amanda were very professional and kept me fully informed on all the scheduling details as needed. In addition they listened to my concerns and addressed them expeditiously. I would also like to mention Tom's competence as a project manager. He listened attentively and produced results.I wanted to express my satisfaction with the construction of my new swimming pool. I wanted to make you aware from the customer side the competence that your staff demonstrated during this process. Feel free to add me to your referral list. more

Venture Cusom Pools 12/21/2011

I am a first time pool owner. After much review, i decided to use Venture. I even referred a dear friend who used them as well. What a mistake that was. Venture uses extremely poor suppliers and supplies. In 3 years, i've gone through 4 Hayward pumps. the 4th blew right when it went out of warranty. The grout between the pool and the patio is faulty and coming up. The worst issue is the Oklahoma flag stone. It is coming up in layers. I seal it 2 times a year and it doesn't help. If it continues at the rate it's coming up, there won't be any left in 3-4 yeears. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Caveat Emptor. more

It has made a great addition to our home and has added value to the house which is important when it comes time for us to sell the house and resale value. My compliments to your team! more

Great experience 11/29/2011

As first time pool customers my wife and I did not know what to expect, and we were somewhat scared of the whole pool buying and pool building process. When doing research online, we read horror stories other customers had with unprofessional pool companies they used. The bad experiences we read about with other pool companies included everything from pushy salespeople, construction crews who were unprofessional, messy work, unfinished pool features, mechanical problems and unresponsive staff. We are happy to say we did not experience any of those issues. This was a great experience for our family. more
