Venture pools made many promises that have not been fulfilled and now have threatened to sue us.Slaesman Rudy Vrba when selling the poolto us , assured us our lawn would be "just like is was" when they arrived........now we have an ugly construction access full of cement fragment, mud and deep ruts.......no grass, from the front of our home to the pool site across our backyard, they say NOW they are not responsible for any repairs. The decking was to be ammended with some extra red stone to match all the flagstone and pool amenities, but it was not done. Not responsible again ! When the pool was sold to us we told Rudy , we did not want a "BLUE" pool......we wanted a natural look. so we selected a plaster color of Black, White, grey and a fleck of navy blue specs. They plastered witha vibrant BLUE , like wet and wild. Not responsible ! ....also promised a water outlet to wash the decking and water plants and flowers. an electric outlet and a auto ignite for gas feature..........not done ! Several other things did not get done as promised and now we have a 50,000.00 investment and nothing close to what we contracted for
