Worst

I must say that my only contact with Velo was very disappointing....... I did finally hear back from Velo and although they didn't know the answer, they did give me suggestions...

Favorite bike repair shop in Seattle 2/28/2011

Ive always had luck with them repairing my bikes in a timely and professional manner. My one bike had Campagnolo parts and my other SRAM, the shop has done a great job in fixing/upgrading both. As far as sales, I cant rate since I did not buy either bike from their. more

Great place for bad service 5/30/2009

Hard to imagine how a place with staff this rude can survive for so long, so there must be _something_ they do right. But it's not customer service. Make sure to triple check everything before you hand them your cash. The teenager bike fans they have working there surely know lots about bikes, but they sure as hell don't know much about encouraging repeat visits by their customers. Awesome bike shop. 12/7/2008

I absolutely recommend Velo. Everyone there is super knowledgeable with staff that has worked there over 15 years. They have bicycles for everyone in the family with prices in all ranges. You can find great close-out deals on last years models too. I love the huge selection of accessories which make great stocking stuffers. What I like is they are honest good people. They don't just try and sell you a high priced bike, they really listen to what your needs are and sell you exactly what your needs are geared towards. You should check it out. more

great deals! 12/7/2008

I love this bike shop. I went there and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I didn't feel pressured into buying some outrageously priced bike, I just wanted to ride around the neighborhood. I bought a bike, helmet, lock, and some gloves for under what i anticipated in spending, it was great! We ended up going back for 2 bikes for my kids as well. What a great deal and great people! wow 5/12/2006

I went into the shop and I was astouned by the friendly service. They really answered all my questions and helped me find what I wanted. They sold me a great bike and even offered to walk me out to my car and load it up. Great service with quality products. I would say that if anyone had anything bad to say, they must have been mistaken. I tell everyone about them and will continue to do so. Thanks so much velo! more

Negligent 9/20/2005

I went to this shop to get some repairs done on my bike. When the guy first looked at my bike, he said that in addition to what I was asking him to do, there might be some additional repairs that need to be done to avoid other problems. Aside from paying what I felt like was too much, and not calling me when my bike was ready, those precautionary repairs were not performed and I ended up experiencing the expected problems after I got my bike back. more
