Let's start from the beginning. When you walk in, the women that greet you always have bad attitudes. There is one exception, but she's not always there, so 90 percent of the time you will be dealing with some frigid b**** the first 15 min of your stay and when you leave and pay. As I learned tonight, they no longer take walk-ins, so it's actually very necessary to have an appointment. Either way, they are never running on time, so you'll still wait. T
