Trudy's Floral Design

I would recommend Trudy's to any guy trying to impress their wife on any special occasion or just for fun. I had Trudy put together an arrangement for my wife's birthday and she absolutely loved, got me some serious brownie points. more

Using Trudy's flower service was a great decision for my sister's bridal shower. We ordered a few bouquets from her and they turned out lovely. I was impressed by the uniqueness of the flower arrangements that Trudy set up for, they brightened up the room and made the party that much better. more

Can't say enough good things about Trudy's floral design. I read some of these other reviews and I don't understand. When I call, I talk to either Turdy or Nicki (sp?) and they always get me what I want. Usually I tell them my price range and what I am looking for. Then they take it upon themselves to put together a bouquet. Example: ""Hey Nicki I need a bouquet for my girlfriend's b-day. I got $75 and she likes things different because she worked for a florist for 3 years."" The next day it will arrive and look beautiful. This is not coming from me because I know very little about flowers, but it is coming from the girlfriend. She can be pretty harsh when it comes to flowers. It is pointless to buy her supermarket flowers because she is just unimpressed and knows they will die shortly. more

These people are rip-off artists. I have posted online what they sold (their website photos) and what was delivered to my friend for her birthday (a high res photo of the bad product they delivered). I had even upgraded my purchase to their ""premier"" version of the arrangement advertised online. A picture is worth a thousand words so you can compare for yourself what they sold me for 90 bucks (delivery charge 15) compared to what they actually delivered to my best friend for her birthday (half dead roses and all).\r RESOLUTION: I talked with Trudy and she refunded the cost of the arrangement ($69.95) and, at my suggestion, kept the payment for the delivery ($15.00) and the sales tax on the transaction ($8.03) [Because, after all, it did arrive on time even if I felt it was substandard]. A nice note was that Trudy sent a replacement arrangement to my friend that was nicer than the one originally delivered (without my knowledge) and with a note of apology. I think that was pretty professional and thoughtful. Would I use them again? I don't know. I was frantically trying to find the perfect bouquet for my friend's birthday for same day delivery and I was also ordering from another state. A couple other flower shops I called were not friendly and many couldn't deliver on the same day let alone confirm a delivery time before 5pm for that same day. Trudy's was not only super nice over the phone but made a beautiful arrangement based on how much $ i wanted to spend and what colors and flowers to use. They also delivered the flowers super fast to my friend! I ordered them at 1130 ish and they were received w/in a few hours. Pros: same day delivery more

Called owner over roses to be delivered before noon, they were delivered to the business across the street, she said that she also spoke with the person they were to be sent to, never happened. She was arguing with me on the disappointing service, as well as thought nothing wrong with it. I actually had confirmed with the florist that the order dropped off earlier w-out problems, they had said yes. Very surprised to run in to unprofessional, rude customer service--waste of 100$ Cons: owner said roses deliverd never were more

A friend was in the hospital after hip surgery and I phoned her to see about her recovery and she was overjoyed by the gorgeous bouquet of exotic flowers that Trudy's Floral Design created. According to my friend, her room became a destination spot, staff had heard about the arrangement and many stopped just to see the floral bouquet! All of this took place during the December 08 snow storm. The flowers were a real success! We ordered Flowers for our daughter (first year away from home at college) on Tuesday, to be delivered before noon on Friday (her birthday), paid a lot, and then discovered they weren't delivered. They needed to be delivered before noon because she is only working at that office until one. Very disappointed because we were trying to make her day special. more

I ordered a gorgeous (and pricey) bouquet from Trudy's for my Mother's 60th birthday because I am studying out of the country right now and wouldn't be there on her birthday. Not only did the flowers not arrive on my mom's birthday -- they arrived two days later, after my father inquired after them! Trudy's said that they had ""lost track of the order."" On top of that, from how my Mom describes the bouquet, it is not the one that I saw and ordered from the website! The only reason that I am giving Trudy's even one star is because my Mother said that it is a gorgeous bouquet. There is absolutely no way I would ever trust this florist with an order of mine ever again. more

I have ordered flowers several times from Trudy's Flowers. The customer service is terrific - they do anything possible to meet your needs! Also, all recipients of the flower arrangements have reported to me that the flowers were incredible. I have been in the shop several times personally, and was impressed by the quality of the flowers and the friendliness of the staff. I intend to use Trudy's Flowers extensively in the future. more
