I have been going to Tresbien for a few years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They will always try to squeeze you in on a busy day, and if you do have to wait you will not be waiting very long. The nail technicians are very accurate and if you happen to nick your nail in the dryer they will happily fix it for you. My polish lasts just as long as it would if I had gone to an expensive salon. You even get a little shoulder massage at the end of your service. The prices are very reasonable; and they offer a special on Wednesday's where you can get a mani/pedi for the price of a pedicure. Great location right by the Brown line! more

Customer service is the best!! I go there for everything... waxing, toes, fingers and Eugene gives a great massage. I have been going here for years and can walk in anytime. Great flexibility. more

I've been to this nail salon many, mannnny times over the past 2 yrs and have not had a bad experience. The staff is good about remembering clients, and they offer a VIP card where you can earn points towards free service. My favorite things are that they always have the latest lines of nail colors, and that Wednesday's they have a great piced mani/pedi special. but make sure to make an appointment for the special! Overpriced, not a friendly staff. I got my eyebrows done, and she burned my eyelid! I've had my eyebrows done many times before, and it has never stung like it did after she was done. Unfortunately i didn't get her name. I also got a full set of acrylics and they did not have the equipment, she hand filed every part of the application. At one point i went to look at my hands to see how my nails looked, since she didn't even ask how short or rounded i wanted them, and she told me to stop it, and put them back on the pad. \r I am definitely never going back there again. I had Gigi, and I will never go back after how rude she was to me. I pointed out a flaw I saw, and she was very snippy and defensive. Then she muttered something under her breath in Vietnamese (I think that's the language they speak at this place), and when I asked what she said, she replied, ""Nothing."" The manager gave me a gift certificate to try them again after I told him what happened, but I was so upset by this incident that I've never used it. I had been there about 3 times before the Gigi experience, with mixed results. I had a man once who was great, but the other 2 times were so-so. They seemed rushed. They didn't massage my legs very much. They sometimes seemed grumpy or like I was an inconvenience. If they had given me a refund plus the gift certificate, I might have returned and found someone I liked to stick with. But I feel so horrible after having paid to be insulted like that, and they really didn't make it up to me. Not a customer service-oriented place. I have experienced many manis and pedis and Chris gives the best french ones around. He is so precise in his work - very neat. He is also extremely friendly and understands customer service. I highly recommend him. more

Horrible service! The speed through the manicures and pedicures so quickly that you feel incredibly rushed. They are rude and make you feel very uncomfortable. Although they are open until 8pm, they rush you out by 7:30 and pace around until they get their tip. I had a terrible first experience and decided to give it another try, big mistake!
