I had Gigi, and I will never go back after how rude she was to me. I pointed out a flaw I saw, and she was very snippy and defensive. Then she muttered something under her breath in Vietnamese (I think that's the language they speak at this place), and when I asked what she said, she replied, ""Nothing."" The manager gave me a gift certificate to try them again after I told him what happened, but I was so upset by this incident that I've never used it. I had been there about 3 times before the Gigi experience, with mixed results. I had a man once who was great, but the other 2 times were so-so. They seemed rushed. They didn't massage my legs very much. They sometimes seemed grumpy or like I was an inconvenience. If they had given me a refund plus the gift certificate, I might have returned and found someone I liked to stick with. But I feel so horrible after having paid to be insulted like that, and they really didn't make it up to me. Not a customer service-oriented place.
Pros: great location, cheap on Wednesdays
Cons: mean manicurist, hit-or-miss customer service
