Your local Judaica shop 8/20/2005

Sometimes a bit kitchy and heavy the chachkeys (spelling?) but they've got a nice music section and you can listen to samples of most things before you buy them. They've got a pretty diverse selection of books for all ages. Also they have great seasonal sales, and the kosher deli next door makes tasty rugelach and other treats. more

Fine Jewish gifts 8/20/2005

Fortunately, this is a great store for Judaica because it is really your only Seattle option. They have fine gifts for Jewish events, and a nice selection of kutubahs, greeting cards, and calendars. They also have a beautiful selection of menorahs and candle sticks. The store is a little jammed packed with things and people. Closed Saturdays. more

Everything Judaica 8/18/2005

It seems safe to say "Everything Judaica" when in addition to the requisite books, menorahs, jewelry, and yarmulkes, a store has in stock cuddly stuffed Torah scrolls, "bag-o-plagues" for Passover, and "Shalom" license plate holders. But this is not a dis. Tree Of Life caters successfully to a wide range of needs and interests, and also serves as a community resource of information and learning. more

Best local source for Judaica 7/30/2005

Tree of Life is probably the best source of Judaica products in the Seattle area. Located in Ravenna, the store has a little bit of everything, from Tallits and Kippahs to ketubahs and menorahs. The back of the store contains a fairly large book section and CD section where you can listen to many of the CDs. Many types of gifts and religious items with seasonal merchandise for the various holidays. more

One of the only gigs in town with menorahs,seder plates,ketubahs 10/15/2004

Aside from over priced things at Firefly- this is truly one of the only places I can find in Seattle with Jewish accessories. I am open to other suggestions but for now this place will have to do. Also, you can get great bagels right across the street! more
