Bad quality, long delivery time, bad service 2/4/2011

Hi I bought a pair of diamond earrings for myself and to my boyfriend last week. I was shocked ! It was crap - honest. There was glue on my pair. Which couldn't get off, not even in boiled water.. The other pair to my boy was not well made too. looked like some china made trash. Ehm, so i called them to let them know bout the glue and bad looking pair. They were just shouting when i asked for a refund ! It was just too much problems for such a bit. So I just didn't do anything bout it. Screw Trax ! Save your money. more

Not the best place to buy jewels.. 2/4/2011

I had a bad exsperience shopping at Trax NYC e few months ago. I bought Item #:4911 which is a diamond bracelat to my fiancee. The price was around 2000 $. And for this amount i expect things to be good. But it was not the case here. The diamonds were smashed into the gold and the cut was awfull. Im not even a jeweler, and I could easy see it. We took it to the store near by. They told us it was very bad crafted and surely not its price worth. They actually told us that is not the first time somebody brought junk from TraxNYC to get studied. My girl was happy for it though. So i didn't call them for refunds. Buy that would probably become an issue too. Just stay away from this company, and yo will not be sorry. more

the most unique and affordable jeweler!!!!! 2/3/2011

I'm an online shopaholic and Tranx NYC just made that addiction much easier in the jewelery department. My experience with them was awesome i cant even put it in to words i bout my item from a different country and still got it the next day. if thats not fast shipping i don't know what is. on top of that the item i received is by far the best jewelery i have in my little collection and is better then what was advertised. to sum up, Trax NYC Jewelry Empire on 62 West 47th str, New York, NY 10036 is the place for high quality inexpensive jewelery that will will bring out the star in you. more

Bought a diamond chain at Trax last month. Waiting time was long, 3 weeks before arrival. Looked so icy and dope at the pics and vids. But I was truly dissapointed with wait time So I called them and told whats up, they offered a free gift. :) Be aware if you are on a short time frame, otherwise jewelry is good. more

A jewelry store I trust and have dealt with online. 1/31/2011

I ordered a chain from Trax years back when they were starting up on the internet scene. Received it very fast and was packaged well so that it wouldnt be damaged. I still have the chain to this day. I am pleased that they have a store downtown manhattan. I will be visiting them defenitely when Im in New York City again because they have some of the most exclusive pieces at a reasonable price. The selection is larger than most jewelers. more

Trax NYC is hands down the best jewelry store online or in person. They offer everything and anything you can think of literally. If you can dream it they can do it. The staff are very helpful,courteous,and well educated. They offer everything at a reasonable price. The only place i went to where i didn't have to negotiate price,there that good. They accomadate everyone whether your looking to spend 100$ or 100,000$ they treat everyone the same. more

Best kept secret in the Diamond District 1/12/2011

I go to the Diamond District every time I'm in the area, just to browse most of the time though. But when I want to buy i don't go to those rip off guys downstairs. It's all about Trax, whose plush showrooms are on the upper floors of number 63. You just won't get better prices for gold and diamonds, take it from me! more

Extremely good prices, better than I've seen anywhere else online. Seriously, screw Amazon, don't just buy there because you know the name. Get to know Trax because they have saved me so much time and so much effort over the years with prompt shipping and great customer service too. Very good experience 12/9/2010

I never bought jewelry online before until I bought a Cartier watch from traxnyc. I know, start small, not exactly! But everything worked out fine and it has really encouraged me to do a lot more of my gift buying online. The only negative was that the shipping took approx 2 days longer than i anticipated but it was a busy time of year. Bottom line is I got a great watch for a price that a regular store simply couldn't offer me. more

Trax knows whats up. i don't have a ton of cash, but I got a love of jewelry like no on else out there. So trax hooked me up on a budget. Only thing I was a little peeved at was the fact that the shipping took a little longer than I wanted it to. But that was a minor inconvenience. So close to 5 stars, maybe after I buy my next piece haha more

Like the last reviewer, I just bought an item as a xmas present too. I haven't received it yet, but the price was so good i find it hard to see myself being disappointed with it.
