Bought an engagement ring, was shipped in a matter of days. The gold was top notch, as well as the diamonds. Nice clear cuts. Called in prior to buying the ring to ask a few questions and the customer rep was incredible. Friendly and answered all my questions. Couldn't ask for more. more

Awesome Experience!!! 6/14/2011

I bought a watch for a friend's birthday and it was so last minute. I was so happy to hear that they were willing to stay within my budget and overnight the item for me for free of charge. I spoke with two gentlemen and they both seem very knowledgeable. After I received the item it was so beautiful I didn't want to give it away. Needless to say it was a very good experience and my friend loved her gift. I will be purchasing a few things for myself as well. Thanks traxnyc! more

I bought necklace for my mother about 2 month ago. first, i little bit doubted buy it on website but when i called them, they were so kindly and gave me exactly information with more detail to choose what i want. Recently I bought a present for my girlfriends' 18th birthday. As you know it HAD to be VERY special. This website TraxNYC,com that was recommended to be by a best friend of mine provided an excellent service! It actually hard to choose the present because they have a huuuuge selection of jewelry. They provided an excellent service as i said before, I was pleased with the shipping too. My product came soon and safe! well, good choice i'v made 6/14/2011

I used this website about 3 months ago, it was pleasure 2 have my watch from here. They've got plenty of items that I was looking for and let me have quite a lot of options for my purchase. Frankly, the price line was not higher than i expected in comparison to few other websites i'v been googling, which was the biggest priority for me to choose here. The service was pretty okay, cuz I actually got to talk to them on the phone about the delievery, and the guy i was talking with was very friendly. I personally say that its not a bad choice getting through here to get ur thingy whatever it is :), so good luck to you guys. more

Recently purchased diamond bracelet from TraxNYC, I thought that it was a scam because the price was way to low... But when I got that bracelet it was a real deal. I don't know if they are stole some items from other stores to be able to sell it fornsuch a low price. Great job! more
