Traxnyc has gotten me out of a few sticky situations with their fast shipping. And with the lowest prices i've seen I always buy my jewelry for my girlfriend online from them. Would recommend. more

Easy, safe online jewelry buying, simple as that 11/4/2010

I have been going to trax for my all of my jewelry needs for the past couple of years. whether I'm buying for myself (like the sick G-Shock i got last month!) or for gifts for my family I always come back to trax because their customer service are so helpful, the shipping is so fast, and the jewelry is always as good as described and usually exceed my expectations. Highly recommended for online jewelry shopping. more

A Million Dollar Showroom Unparalleled to anything seen 5/25/2009

don't know what the person is talking about below me but I have personally visited the offices at TraxNYC. They are conveniently located for me in the heart of the diamond district in new york city. From the time I entered the door and seen the multi-million dollar show room I was blown away. The experts on hand was able to kindly guide me through my options and I must say my comfortability was high. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely shop here again. Those in doubt of this #1 jeweler on the internet should visit their showroom. Pros: Great Selection, Top Quality more

Stay away, cheap diamonds overpriced jewelry 4/17/2009

Very disappointed. The jewelry only looks good on pictures and videos but once you receive it you will see that they use aftermarket diamonds. Horrible customer service, had a problem returning it. Cons: aftermarket diamonds more
