Purchased a gold 20"" figaro chain for an incredible price! It was shipped fast in a nice box. I even got free earrings with the purchase! I will look to TraxNYC FIRST when looking to purchase jewelry in the future. more

NY baddest jewel store 2/8/2011

bought a gold chain in dec the 2010th As was the incredibly poor quality. It was not possible to see if it was gold or steel. And weight were incredibly low, too. Have not gotten it checked yet in a jeweler. But considering it strongly now I read other bad reviews here. Although I have been in their showroom where everything was locked in display case and looked good. I would not recommend this site to buy your bling. more

Bad sevice. poor quality - Trax suck 2/8/2011

Bought a bracelet for myself and my girlfriend last month. I was obviously not impressed. It looked great on the pictures. But it was really not the case. It looked like diamonds were smashed in the jewelry and cracked. The diamond cut was also very bad. I called them and they asked me to send the jewelry back, which I did. Last week I received them so. But there were no repairs done, or something changed. So I called them again and complained. Which ended in a less violent discussion. They yelled and screamed that it was exactly the same product at the site which they had sent to me. Which it clearly was not. Dare simply not it send it back to them again. So here I sit with worthless jewelry for $ 2500. more

Bad jewelry. 2/8/2011

hello .. I've bought at Trax twice. The first time was a Joe Rodeo watch. As was fine quality and looked good. The second time was a couple of earrings. Which was in very poor quality and also it said on the package was from an Asian country. So I will not recommend buying your jewelry at Trax. Assume they have been responsible for the production of jewelry. and not the watch. As they probably bought by Joe Rodeo. more

Diamond Chain 2/8/2011

I'd been looking to replace an old gold chain of mine and upgrade to diamonds. While in NYC's diamond district I stopped by Trax jewelry show room. They went out of their way with customer service and the prices were incredibly lower than any other places I checked out and surprisingly better quality. I was very impressed yet pleased to discover my new and permanent jeweler. So helpful and easy to deal with. I'll definitely be going back and highly recommend them. more

Great Prices and Great Jewelry 2/8/2011

Where do I start, in the summer I was looking for a nice chain and diamond cross. I could not find a local jeweler to match the price for the same type of chain from Trax so I wanted to deal with them but I wanted to work with somebody to tell them what I want and what I like and man did they come through! It was nicer in personal then the pictures and I got exactly what he said I would get. I took it to my local Jeweler and said he could not touch it for the price I got it for. Needless to say I was very happy with everything!! When I get more money I will buy from them again. more
